Acceptable use

Draft, not yet in force. This text describes how Send Dubs works today. It still needs the operator's legal details and a legal review before launch.

• Permission first. Only send promos to people who asked for them. No bought, scraped or borrowed lists.
• Keep records. Record how each person agreed. A ticked box is not evidence on its own.
• Respect unsubscribes. Never re-add someone who has unsubscribed or try to get round a block.
• Only your music. Upload only what you have the rights to share.
• DJs: keep promos private. Don't share links, codes or files.
• No impersonation, spam or malware.

We watch bounce and complaint rates. We can pause sending, take down tracks and suspend accounts that break these rules, and we tell the account owner why. To appeal, contact [contact email to be confirmed].
